【泰國。華欣】KO Seafood:夜市內超搶眼的海鮮餐廳。

KO Seafood是華欣夜市內最大一家的海鮮餐廳,燈牌搶眼的程度在遠處已經看到,他們主打龍蝦,在門口陳列出又大隻又新鮮的龍蝦吸引遊客。看那龍蝦又大隻又鮮味~太回味了!


KO Seafood is vert eye-catching when you are walking at the Hua Hin Night Market. You can see their billboard from farrrr away. They show the huge lobster which always can attract tourists successfully.

專門做旅遊生意的關係,他們都出動很多人力去召攬遊客呢,他們的英文都不錯喔,叫他們推介一下都可以的。

Their staff are very hard working to promote their food to tourists. Staff are speaking good English that you don’t have to worry about the communication problem.

小小塊的扇貝貝充滿牛油的香味,雖然沒有很大片,但非常好吃。配著牛油的味道又香濃又美味,旁邊的醬味可以去掉牛油的膩感,可是有點辣和嗆喉,還是不要沾上醬汁好過了。不過略嫌當日的扇貝有點冷掉,不是新鮮熱辣剛剛做好的。

The scallops are small but full of cheese and garlic. With the great butter, the scallops are excellent. Provided with the sauce, it can take out the feeling of oily, however, it comes with spicy that I won’t choose to dip it.

跟店員說想吃龍蝦,他會挑出一隻龍蝦給你過過目,再告訴你價錢,同意之後才會幫你拿去做,他們的店員都很識趣地知道遊客們最愛拍照,在龍蝦放在這給你拍個夠!

相比起其他的菜式,這龍蝦的價錢再高出很多了。這龍蝦按重量計算大概1200Baht(HKD$300) ,相比剛剛點的扇貝只是150Baht(HKD$35),很強烈的對比啊!!而且比起其他的菜式,龍蝦的菜式較為需時。雖然價錢的對比有點心痛(其實在香港一頓飯也不止),但龍蝦來到你也許有不同的感覺了!

Comparing to other dishes, the lobster is expensive. The price is measured by the weight. Take my lobster as an example, it is around 1200Baht(with HKD$300), when the scallop is around 150Baht (with HKD$35). Also, it takes more time to cook, so you have to be patient when you order it. Although the lobster is expensive, it worth to have a try tho 🙂

配上蒜蓉醬和烤焗不會掩蓋龍蝦的鮮味,反而蒜蓉醬的調味讓龍蝦的美味更突出。滿滿的龍蝦膏讓人吃得好滋味!每口盡是滿滿的龍蝦肉,實在太好吃了!這樣坐在路邊吃海鮮,真是別有一番泰式風味!

Accompanied by roasted garlic sauce, the taste of lobster is so good, and the garlic butter sauce make the lobster even more prominent. The lobster cream is so awesome! Really act like a local when sitting next to the roadside.

晚餐總要吃點飯,所以點個黃咖喱來拌飯。

泰國之行後,愛上了泰式椰子湯。湯中味嚐到椰子的甜味,清潤又不膩;再來又帶有微微的酸辣,在穩定之中帶點刺激。這種椰子的甜味,沒有很多地方都能到這樣甜而不膩的程度,而且配料夠多,只喝這椰子湯都有點飽肚呢。

After this trip in Thailand, I am in love with coconut milk. Soup with coconut milk is so sweet, moist but not oily, plus with a little spicy in it.

超滿足的一頓飯,結束我們的第一天。行程還未完,我們還要回去享受一下酒店設施!
Full dinner ends our 1st day in Hua Hin. And now, we are going back to enjoy our resort facilities!

在華欣夜市不會錯過的餐廳,做遊客生意的當然會貴一點點,大家可以想想是不是自己喜歡吃的菜式,如果你想吃龍蝦的,推薦這間就沒有錯了,但如果只是吃吃泰菜的,其實不一定要光顧KO Seafood,其他的也可以。

KO Seafood is the restaurant you won’t miss in Hua Hin. It is expected that will be more expensive than other restaurants as their target customers are mostly tourists. If you want to have a dish of lobster like us, you definitely have to visit there. You can try other restaurants for Thai cuisine if you decide not have lobster instead.
